How to cancel
1. Check the cancellation window
- Cancellations are accepted within 30 minutes of placing your order.
- Once the order is processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
2. Call us to request cancellation
- Call our support team and provide your order details.
- We’ll verify and cancel the order if it’s within the 30-minute window.
- If eligible, the refund will be credited to your original payment method with a 2.5% processing deduction.

Incorrect address or pincode
Our system does not use map-based address verification. Please ensure your address and pincode are accurate. If incorrect details are submitted to reduce shipping charges, we reserve the right to cancel the order without notice — and we will not be liable for any resulting costs or losses.
Refund deduction
A 2.5% processing fee is deducted from all refunds. The remaining amount is returned to your original payment method
