our return policy.
- Return Eligibility:
We accept returns under the following conditions: The sweets are damaged during the pick-up process and it is evident at the time of collection.
The wrong order was provided to you, and the mistake is identified during pick-up. - Timeframe for Returns: To be eligible for a return, you must notify us of any issue during the pick-up process. Returns must be requested immediately upon the identification of the problem. We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for sweets that have been consumed or disposed of after leaving our store.
- Return Procedure: If your order meets the criteria for return, please follow these steps: Contact our staff during the pick-up process and inform them of the issue with your order. Our staff will inspect the concern and assess its validity. If the issue is confirmed, we will proceed with the return process.
- Refund or Replacement: Upon verification and approval of the return, we offer the following options:
- Refund : You may choose to receive a full refund to the original payment method used during the order placement. You will receive the credit within 21 days, depending on your issuer’s policies.
- Replacement: Alternatively, we can provide a replacement for the damaged or incorrect sweets. You have maximum 2 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. The item is returned only if they have gone bad or rancid. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Non-Returnable Items: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for the following: Sweets that have been partially or fully consumed. Sweets that were not stored correctly after pick-up, leading to spoilage or deterioration.

Refund Policy:

Incorrect Order: In the rare event that you receive an incorrect order, please let us know right away during the pick-up process. We will rectify the mistake by either providing the correct order or issuing a full refund.
Damaged Goods: If any items are damaged during the pick-up process and it is evident at the time of collection, please bring it to our attention. We will either provide a refund or replace the damaged items.
Non-Pickup: If you fail to pick up your order on the scheduled date and do not contact us in advance to reschedule, no refund will be provided. The items are perishable, and we cannot store them for an extended period.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation Timeframe: You can cancel your order for pick-up at VIRDHAN, but we request that you do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. This allows us to manage our inventory and ensure the freshness of our sweets.
Cancellation Procedure: To cancel your order, please contact us directly via phone or email using the provided contact information. Kindly provide your order details, and we will process the cancellation accordingly.
Refund for Cancellations: If you cancel your order within the specified timeframe, we will provide a full refund to the original payment method used during the order placement.
Late Cancellations: If you attempt to cancel your order within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time, we may not be able to process the cancellation, and no refund will be issued.

- Shipping Method:
- We offer only “In-Store Pickup” as the shipping method for all orders placed on our website. Customers are required to pick up their orders from our official store address.
- Order Processing Time:
- Orders placed through our website will be processed during our regular business hours. Please allow us up to 4-5 business hours to prepare your order for pickup.
