The secret to our Virdhan Special Peda lies in perfecting the heart and core of this delicacy, known as “Khoya.” It’s meticulously cooked to achieve a delicate, dotted texture that melts in your mouth.Our Khoya/Mawa mixture is simmered on a low flame until it elegantly leaves the sides of the pan. After allowing the Mawa to cool, we add the perfect blend of sugar and cardamom to enhance its flavour. While traditional pedas are often served with patterned stamps, we believe that taste holds greater potential than mere shape.
That’s why, since 1992, our Virdhan Special Pedas have been lovingly handcrafted using our original rolling technique, free from any stamped patterns. To add a burst of flavour, we stuff our pedas with finely chopped Emerald Pistachios, a premium grade variety known for its vibrant colour and unique floral taste.The milk we use to create all our delectable sweets at “Virdhan” is sourced from our native place, ensuring the same superior quality that we have maintained since 1992.
